You Can't Give Out More Than You Have To Give.

You can't take out more than you put in.

You can't be happy to others around you when you're not happy inside yourself. You can't give wisdom and insight to others when you aren't digesting a regular supply of wisdom and insight yourself.

You can't be strategic and nimble when you aren't learning and growing on a regular basis.

You can’t give value to others if you weren’t filling your life with that same value first. The part you share with others are the bits that bubble out of you. The extra stuff.

So how do you add that to your life?

You make changes in every area of your life:

  1. Read

  2. Spend time alone

  3. Listen to inspiring music

  4. Exercise

  5. Practice gratitude

  6. Create a vision board

  7. Study other people’s stories

  8. Give

  9. Try something new

  10. Stop feeling sorry for yourself

  11. Focus

  12. Avoid negative people

It’s not a mystery. It’s not even difficult to figure out.

It’s about making time for breakthrough.

It’s about priorities. About being deliberate in focusing on the people, processes, and potential that create the greatest joy and inspiration inside you.

Don’t let the obstacles in life rob you of your satisfaction.

You can’t be awesome yourself If you aren’t filling yourself up with awesomeness, right?

Be valuable to others by filling yourself up with the goodness that inspires them to be their best self.
