You're Supposed To Be Confused.

Having big dreams comes with the curse of not having it all figured out all the time. And not having it all figured out is pretty stressful.

It's confusing. Maddening.

You know where you want to be.  But aren't sure how to get there.

You look at your resources and the path in front of you, and despite your best skills and remarkable experience, it just doesn't seem to all add up.

You can't get from here to there -- where you want to be -- with any foreseeable plan or process.

And that leaves you feeling stuck.

Mired in a cocoon of confusion and passionate discomfort.

You're dissatisfied. Disheartened. And disillusioned with the quest to achieve greatness.

Which is exactly where you need to be right now.

That frustration you feel -- that's healthy. That is what inspires change.

That's what keeps you from just being ordinary.

You wouldn't care as much. You wouldn't fight as hard.

If you didn't feel that way you wouldn't be as emotionally attached to your dream as you are right now.

You would just be happy to do what everyone else is doing.

Barely surviving the obstacles that life serves up.

What is easy or natural, fast, smooth, or cheap isn't what drives lasting transformation in the world.

That bleeding on the inside that you feel is what is testing your mettle. It's keeping you focused.

Driving you towards where you want to be.

So, while it feels uncomfortable to be confused, that's what you need to be right now.

It's part of your journey. Part of what makes you a super star.

You don't have to be happy about it, but you shouldn't run from it.

You shouldn't feel like "you're broken" because you don't have it all figured out.

What you should be feeling is a sense of expectancy. Change is coming.

You're closer to breakthrough than you realize.
