You Don't Get To Ask For Help Right Now.

Stop telling people what you want to do -- and start doing it. Stop taking your big dream and outsourcing it to other people for their help.

Take action for yourself. Find answers. Uncover options. Connect with people who matter.

Help yourself do something awesome.

It's not good enough to share a post on Facebook or email your list with ideas for what you want to do.

We all have dreams and goals and ambition.

The fact that you are sharing yours doesn't help you get closer to where you want to be.

It's helpful to say what you're going to do out loud. It's important to reinforce what you want to do by sharing it with others. It's powerful to be accountable and responsible and driven.

But that's not good enough.

You have to take action on your dream. You have to get started putting the pieces in place for yourself.

You can't outsource that. You can't get the right help to get you started. You have to do the heavy lifting yourself.

You have to invest the sweat equity to give your dream flight. Otherwise, you're just talking about ideas -- and ideas, like opinions, are easy and cheap and usually worthless. Until you act on them.

That's the central issue when it comes to achieving success.

You have to act on your dream. You have to do the work that's required. There are no fancy tricks or magic process that automatically makes you successful without all the blood, sweat, and tears.

You have to want it. And then you have work for it. And then when you're almost there, you can reach out and ask for help.

But the reason you will get help isn't because you asked for it. It's because your legacy of dedication inspires those who watch you to lend a hand.

Never forget that.
