As the leader, everything is your fault.

Everything.  There is nothing that happens in your business that you aren't responsible for.

It's all on you.  Y-O-U.

No one else.  You can't fire your way out of trouble or hire your way into success.

You need to stop.  Stop everything.  And hold yourself accountable.

Accountable for everything that drives you crazy.  For everything that you can't stand about your business.

It is all your fault.

And when you accept that you realize that you can change anything you don't like.  Anything is possible.

You can build whatever you are capable of leading.

It's on you to change.  Not the people around you.

Lead better.  You'll succeed better.
